Free skill developement and spoken English classes from 23rd April, 2015 at ZP Girls High School, Thiruvuru.

KEATS took its first step in providing infrastructure and skill development in schools on 23rd April 2015. A program was organised at Tiruvur and 30 benches were handed over to ZP Girls High School. A spoken English course was also launched for the benefit of students and another for the unemployed youth for improving their communication and public speaking skills. This program will continue for the next three months.

Another welcome development is that KEATS members came forward to support 15 girl students financially who stood first in their respective classes. The assistance will be extended to those who lost both the parents or with single parent for supporting them to continue their studies. The students were very happy and enthusiastic in utilizing the support with out which they may have to discontinue their studies.

Train the trainers of Computer Basics Program

The one-day session was held on 23rd July at ZPHS, Patamata. About 60 trainers attended and interacted. The program, sponsored by Mr Ramesh Narayana Emani, aims to impart basic computer knowledge and skills to 7th, 8th and 9th students of 50 ZPHS in Krishna dt. The ZP Chairperson, Mrs Gadde Anuradha (who inaugurated the program earlier on 1st May) addressed the gathering and assured of necessary infrastructure for smooth conduct of the program

Seminar on “Employability Skills”

Seminar on “Employability Skills” at CRR Polytechnic College, Elur on 9th Aug, 2016. The motivational lectures were delivered by Sri T Ch Hanuman Rao and Sri D Giridhar of Live Wires. It was attended by nearly 400 students and staff. The program was arranged by Mr Shyammohan S Palli and attended by Mr M Krishnamohan Rao and Mr MV Krishna Rao of KEATS. Another program was conducted on 14 Sept, 16 for final year Civil and Electrical Engg. students of Govt. Polytechinic College, Vijayawada.

YS Subrahmanyam, K Ramesh and PV Rao visited to Bombai Tanda Primary School and Anganwadi near Illendu of Khammam dt on 10th Sept,16 to assess their requirements and provide assistance.
