KEATS took its first step in providing infrastructure and skill development in schools on 23rd April 2015. A program was organised at Tiruvur and 30 benches were handed over to ZP Girls High School. A spoken English course was also launched for the benefit of students and another for the unemployed youth for improving their communication and public speaking skills. This program will continue for the next three months.

Another welcome development is that KEATS members came forward to support 15 girl students financially who stood first in their respective classes. The assistance will be extended to those who lost both the parents or with single parent for supporting them to continue their studies. The students were very happy and enthusiastic in utilizing the support with out which they may have to discontinue their studies.
